    I am getting my knickers in a twist because I have tried to contact T Mobile before you became so busy with the iphone, without success.
    I have also spend several hours on the phone trying to speak to one of T-Mobile representive.
    WHAT DO A POOR CUSTOMER LIKE ME HAVE TO DO TO GET T Mobile ATTENTION.

  2. ive been trying to contact T Mobile team on numerous accounts, with no luck!
    T Mobile has my phone number and home number, but nobody reply to my calls to resolve my issue!
    T Mobile owes me £830 at least but after a month it’s still not resolved!
    What should I do to get some T Mobile customer service????

    Tried to put a pack on and was informed it hadn’t worked 3 hours later tried phoning them they took all my credit an left me in hold for 15 before the phone was put down worst mobile company ever!!

    Contacted to get T Mobile PAC code on the last day of contract and couldn’t get to them. Shop promised me to get it straight away now asking me to get in touch with c/s, T-Mobile asking me to pay £10 reconnection fee.

    Having purchased the ‘Any 7 days within 30 days’ option for £10 on my mobile broadband dongle \I was surprised to find that when I needed to activate my second day I was told that money had run out and I would have to purchase more time. After a total of 2 hours on the phone and having spoken to 4 different people I still do not have a resolution to the problem. This dongle will go to a watery grave I feel.

    Phoning your helpline 150 does not give me the option to change my debit card details on my PAYG phone. There is are no options to speak to an advisor.
